The share of female employees at year end decreased slightly to 46% (2022: 47%). The total share of females in management positions remained stable during 2023. The share of females in operational and senior management positions increased, a trend that has been ongoing for a number of years. This isa result of our continuous focus on diversity and inclusion in our recruitment and development activities.
