In 2025, we translated the strategic choices presented at our Capital Markets Day into targeted actions across the organisation. We focused on strengthening core operations, sharpening customer propositions and improving value-driven capacity deployment, while maintaining a disciplined approach to international activities. This supported further improvements in efficiency, operational resilience and financial performance. In parallel, timely adjustments to the legal postal framework remain critical to ensure a financially sustainable and future-proof postal service.
