This begins with discovery and order, followed by our three core activities collect, sort, and deliver. Over the years, we have developed dense networks and state-of-the-art operations across the Benelux and coverage beyond, for example through Spring, which provides global e-commerce solutions. As the market evolves, we continuously enhance our model to adapt to external changes, working closely with customers to implement increasingly digital solutions.

We have successfully transitioned from a mail-centric company to a full-service e-commerce logistics and postal provider. Digitalisation has accelerated this transformation, strengthening our business model and competitive position. Our focus is on delivering the best options for both e-commerce and mail customers, while adapting our networks to the growth of e-commerce and the decline in traditional mail.
