We focused on value creation for all our stakeholders in a way that enables us to successfully achieve our short- and long-term goals and to be the leading e-commerce logistics and postal service provider in, to and from the Benelux.
2021 was an exceptional year, impacted by the pandemic. Ensuring the health and safety of our people, partners, retailers and consumers remained our highest priority throughout the year. I’m proud and happy to say that we have been able to carry out our work and deliver mail, parcels and logistic solutions continually throughout the pandemic. We will continue to focus on the needs of our customers, providing opportunities for our people, and on value creation for all our stakeholders through growth, accelerating digitalisation, and our environmental and social initiatives.

Driven by our purpose to deliver special moments we are continuously enhancing our business model to adapt to market dynamics and technological developments.

We aim to provide both short- and long-term value for all our stakeholders. To help achieve this, in 2021, we invested in our customer and operational performance, accelerating our digitalisation, took good care of our people and made significant progress on our CO2 efficiency. This resulted in strong results, both at both Mail in the Netherlands and Parcels.
